permitting a realignment in the proposed street
pattern and lots.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment in Part Lot 10,
Broken Front Concession, former Town of Bowmanville,
to change the zone category of a 1783.8 square metre
parcel from, in part, "Residential Shoreline -
Exception (R5-1)" and in part "Environmental
Protection (EP)" to an appropriate zone category in
order to permit a single family dwelling which would
replace the existing fire damaged single family
dwelling.
