(a) Proposed Official Plan Amendment in Part Lot 16,
Concession 1, former Town of Bowmanville, to
expand the neighbourhood boundary, redefine the
school symbols and alter the transportation
network by extending Green Road south to
Baseline Road. The application also proposes an
increase to the neighbourhood population target
and the addition of two medium density symbols
and a Local Central Area.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category from "Agricultural (A)" to an appropriate
zone to permit the development of 108 single family
dwelling units, 132 semi-detached/link units, two
blocks for medium density (185 units), one block
for high density (154 units) and a commercial block.

Concession 1, former Township of Darlington to expand
the neighbourhood boundary, redefine the school

designation of a 0.36 hectare parcel of land in
Part Lot 32, Concesssion 2, former Township of
Darlington from "Residential" to a designation
appropriate to permit the development of a 1350 m2
one storey retail plaza.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
zone category of the above-noted property from
"Urban Residential Type One (Rl)" to an appropriate
zone to permit the development of a 1350 m2 one storey
retail plaza.

(d) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment in Part Lot 28,
Concession 2, former Township of Darlington, to
change the zone category of the 3.824 hectare parcel
from "Holding - Urban Residential Type One ((H)R1)"
to an appropriate zone category in order to implement
the development of a 52 unit plan of subdivision
consisting of 7 two-family dwelling lots and 38 street
townhouse lots.
