(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 0.89 ha parcel of land in Part Lot 17,
Concession 1, former Township of Darlington from
"Agricultural (A)" and "Rural Cluster (RC)" to allow
for the development of 8 single family dwellings and
15 townhouse units.

(b) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to change the
designation of lands in Part Lot 11, Concession 1,
former Town of Bowmanville to recognize the existing
funeral home and permit expansion thereof.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of the subject lands from R1-12 to an
appropriate zone to recognize the existing funeral
home and to permit the development of a parking lot
and possible future expansion.

category of a 4.072 hectare (10.06 acre) parcel from

subdivision consisting of 12 single family dwelling
units, 40 two-family dwelling units and 45 townhouse
units.
