(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to reduce the
required setback requirements as stated in
Section 3.19 (a) from an "Environmental Protection
(EP)" zone to permit the development of 152
condominium Townhouse units and one club building.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
zone category of a 247.5 m2 (0.061 acre) parcel
of land in Part Lot 12, Concession 1, former Town
of Bowmanville from "General Commercial (C1)" to
an appropriate zone category to permit the
development of an administrative office and motor
vehicle sales establishment while retaining an
apartment unit within the existing structure.

appropriate zone category to permit the development
of a 211 unit apartment building and one lot for
semi/link dwellings.
