(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category from "Urban Residential Type One Exception
(R1-17)" to an appropriate zoning to permit the
development of a 557.4 m2 convenience commercial
plaza.
Proposed Neighbourhood Plan Amendment to create a
designation which would facilitate the above
mentioned development.

(b) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to change the
designation of a 2.34 hectare parcel of land located
in Part Lot 13, Concession 1, Bowmanville, from Main
Central; Area (Commercial and Low Density Residential)
and Major Open Space with an indication of Hazard Lands
and Environmental Sensitivity, to permit the development
of forty three (43) residential units and to include the
Vanstone Mill within the Main Central Area of Bowmanville.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
designation of these lands to permit the above mentioned
development.

designation of a 7.693 hectare parcel of land in Part
Lot 30, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington

to an appropriate designation to permit the development
of a 92 unit proposed Plan of Subdivision.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
Proposed zoning by-law amendment to change the zone
category of the above-referenced parcel from
"Environmental Protection (EP)", "General Commercial
(C1)" and "Urban Residential Type One - Holding
[(H)R1]" to an appropriate zone category to implement
said development.

(d) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to change the
designation of a .65 hectare (1.6 acre) parcel of land
in Part Lot 17, Concession 1, former Township of
Darlington from "Low Density Residential" to an
appropriate designation to permit the creation of a
three storey, 48 unit apartment building.
Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to change to zone
category of the .65 hectare parcel from "Agricultural
(A)" to an appropriate zone to permit the above noted
development.
