(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 3.795 hectare parcel of land located
in Part Lot 14, Concession 2, Bowmanville to permit
the creation of four (4) estate residential lots.

of Newcastle Official Plan by deleting the symbol
for "Future Interchange" at Lamb's Road and
Highway No. 401.

designation of a 1.44 hectare parcel of land in
Part Lot 8, Concession 2, former Town of Bowmanville
from "Low Density Residential" to an appropriate
designation to permit the development of a total of
40 residential Townhouse Units, including 5 units for
the physically handicapped, 23 units rent-geared-to-
income and 12 market rental units.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category from "Urban Residential Exception (R1-8)"
and "Environmental Protection (EP)" to an appropriate
zone to implement the above noted development.
