(a) Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to change the zone
category of a portion of the 10.446 hectare parcel of
land in Part Lot 13, Concession 2, fromer Town of
Bowmanville from "Urban Residential Type One - Holding
[(H)R1]" to an "Environmental Protection (EP) zone" to
recognize the lands required for flood or erosion
control.

(b) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to change the
designation of a 23.918 hectare parcel of land in
Part Lot 19, Concession 2, former Township of
Clarke from "General Agricultural" and "Major
Open Space" to an appropriate designation to permit
the development of twenty-two (22) estate residential
lots.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of the subject lands from "Agricultural (A)"
and "Environmental Protection (EP)" to an appropriate
zone to permit the above mentioned development.

to 7.75 units per hectare.
