(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 4.705 hectare parcel of land in
Part Lot 12, Concession 2, former Township of
Darlington from "Agricultural" to "Urban Residential
Type One - Holding [(H) R1]" and "Urban Residential
Type Two - Holding [(H) R2]" to implement a Town
Approved Plan of Subdivison (18T-86069) containing
twenty-five (25) single family dwelling lots and
twenty three (23) semi-detached/link dwelling lots
for a total of 71 units.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
zone category of a 0.206 hectare parcel of land in

commercial development. This application is the
result of a Ministry of Environment condition of
draft approval to delete "eating establishments"
as a permitted use on the subject site.
