PUBLIC MEETINGS (a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a 0.295 hectare parcel of land located on Abernethy Crescent in Bowmanville, from Agricultural (A) to an appropriate zone to permit the development of four (4) residential lots. (b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a 2.24 hectare parcel of land located in Part Lot 7, Concession 9, former Township of Darlington. The proposed zoning change is from "Extractive Industrial (M3)" to an appropriate zone to permit a residential use. KATRINA GIBBON -REPORT PD-85-97 (c) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a 5.1 hectare parcel of land located in Lots 25 and 26, Concession 5, former Township of Clarke from Agricultural Exception (A-15) to an appropriate zone to permit a camping establishment in addition to other permitted uses. ORONO CAT WORLD -REPORT PD-86-97 (d) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to change the designation of the lands located in Part Lot 28, Concession 3, former Township of Clarke from Prime Agricultural Area and Environmental Protection to a designation to permit a Driving Range and Miniature Golf Course. SOTIRIADIS -REPORT PD-87-97 (e) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a 37.132 hectare parcel of land in Part of Lots 28, 29, 30 & 31, Broken Front Concession, in the former Village of Newcastle in order to permit a plan of subdivision consisting of 54 single detached units, 210 semi-detached units, a 72 unit multi-residential block (Block 160) and 2 multi-purpose blocks (Block 161 and 162). THE KAITLIN GROUP LTD. -REPORT PD-88-97 (f) Proposed Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to amend the provisions regarding a 0.4 hectare parcel of land located in Part Lots 15 and 16, Concession 1, former Township of Darlington in order to increase the allowable retail floorspace permitted within Sections 5.2.4 c) i) and 5.2.5 g) of the Bowmanville West Main Central Area Secondary Plan from 18,580 square metres to 20,483 square metres. The proposed amendments would also include the deletion of a portion of Clarington Boulevard, a collector road, from Maps A3 and B3 in the Clarington Official Plan and Map A in the Bowmanville West Main Central Area Secondary Plan.
