5. PUBLIC MEETINGS
(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of
a 714m2 parcel of land located in Part Lot 11, Concession 1,
former Town of Bowmanville. The proposed zoning change to permit
an automotive centre is in conjunction with the existing fuel bar,
donut kiosk and car wash.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of
a 1.00 hectare parcel of land located in Part Lot 23, Concession 2,
former Township of Darlington from "Agricultural (A)" to the
appropriate zone in order to permit the development of a home
industry involving the manufacture and sales of concrete lawn
ornaments.
