Darlington from "Agricultural Exception (A-1 )" to an appropriate
zone to permit the acquisition of a 0.298 hectare (0.74 acre)
parcel of land to accommodate an expansion to the existing place
of worship.

comprised of 11 single detached units and 120 semi-detached units
for a total of 131 residential units and a block for park purposes.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a
portion of the subject lands (0.456 hectare) from "Environmental
Protection (EP)" to "Urban Residential Type One (R1) to allow the
development of 4 residential lots.
