5. PUBLIC MEETINGS
(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of 3
high density blocks in Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision 18T-88046.
The blocks total 2.53 hectares and are located in Part Lot 16,
Concession 1, former Township of Darlington. The proposed zoning change
is from "Holding Urban Residential Type Four ((H)R4)" to an appropriate
zone which permits reduced front yard setback to 2 metres and the side
yard and rear yard setbacks to 3 metres to allow flexibility in future
development of the blocks.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment.to change the zone category of a 10.6
hectare parcel of land located in Part Lot 16, Concession 1, former
Township of Darlington from Agricultural (A) to an appropriate zone
which permits the development of a plan of subdivision consisting of
52 single family dwelling units, 142 semi-detached/linked units,
90 on-street townhouse units, two blocks for a total of 75 medium density
units, for a total of 359 units, plus blocks for school and park purposes.
