PUBLIC MEETINGS (a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of 3 high density blocks in Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision 18T-88046. The blocks total 2.53 hectares and are located in Part Lot 16, Concession 1, former Township of Darlington. The proposed zoning change is from "Holding Urban Residential Type Four ((H)R4)" to an appropriate zone which permits reduced front yard setback to 2 metres and the side yard and rear yard setbacks to 3 metres to allow flexibility in future development of the blocks.
