(a) Proposed Amendment to Draft approved plan of
Subdivision 18T-87021 to permit the development of
1 single detached dwelling unit and 102 semi-detached
dwelling units in place of 61 single detached dwelling
units for a total of 42 additional low density dwelling
units in the southern portion of the subdivision lands.

impacts the alignment of the collector road in Part

road at the intersection with Green Road in order to
implement proposed draft plans of subdivision 18T-90051
and 18T-96014.
