to change the zone category of 2.5 hectare parcel of
land located in Part Lot 24, Concession 8, former Township of
Clarke from "Agricultural Exception (A-1) Zone" to an
appropriate zone to permit the expansion of an existing
commercial use by increasing the parking area and installation
of a new septic system.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment submitted by Anndale Properties
Limited to change the zone category of a 17.5 hectare parcel of
land located in Part Lot 31, Broken Front Concession, former
Township of Darlington from "Agricultural (A) Zone" and "Holding-
General Industrial ((H)M2) Zone" to an appropriate zone to
permit a driving range, practice area, mini-putt course and
club house.

of Clarington to change the zone category of a 0.53 hectare
parcel of land located in Part Lot 29, Concession 3, in the

to an exception zone in order to permit the continuation of an
existing autobody repair shop including related mechanical
repairs up to a period of three (3) years from the date of the
passing of the by-law amendment.
