The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
By -Law 2020-009
Being a by-law to assume certain streets and lanes within the Municipality
of Clarington as public highways in the Municipality of Clarington
That Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the streets, lanes and blocks listed below in this section, being in the
Municipality of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby
accepted by the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington as public highways,
and assumed by the said Corporation for public use:
Hancock Road
Pt of Lot 26, Con 1, Pts 1 and 2 on 40R-19278
Pt of Lot 26, Con 1, Pt 11 on 40R-24458
Passed in Open Council this 31d day of March, 2020.
