BY-LAW 2011-009
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2007-227,
the Municipality's Procedural By-law
WHEREAS at their meeting held on January 17, 2011, the Council of the
Municipality directed the Municipal Clerk to prepare an amendment to the
Municipality's Procedural By-law:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 2007-227, section 9.2.5 be amend by deleting the words
"five (5) minutes" and replacing them with the words "ten (10) minutes";
and
2. THAT By-law 2007-227, section 9.3.2 be amend by deleting the words
"five (5) minutes" and replacing them with the words "ten (10) minutes".
By-law read a first and second time this 3151 day of January 2011.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 315' day of January 2011.
