HomeMy WebLinkAbout992 A by-law to provide for the total expenditure on roads in the Township of Clarke during the year 1935 . WHEREAS the regulations of the Department of highways of Ontario require that the total.expenditure on township roads and bridges under The Highway Im- provement hct shall be provided for annually by township by-law. THEREFORE the council of the municipal corporation of the said township enacts as follows; (1) The sum of ~ ~~ UU0 oU 1s hereby appropriated from monies raised by levy, debentures and government subsidy for total expenditure upon construction and maintenance on the roads in the said township during the year 19 3S as fol- lows: Road Jonstruction ~ ,~ 2 U 0• U U Bridge Construction ~_ 3 U 0 0• U D Machinery ~ 4 U U ~ U-U Superintendence ~ Lo U y - U 4 Maintenance & Repair ~. 3 8 0- 0 0 Total Estimated Expendi:ure_~p~ 3U0 U -ob (2) The said monies shall be expended under the direction of the duly ap- pointed township road superintendent and on work performed in accordance with the last revised regulations respecting township roads issued by the Department of Highways of Ontario. (3) The clerk shall transmit this by-law in duplicate to the Deputy Minister, Department of Highways, for approval on or before January 31st of the present year.
