~VfIERE.hS The Highway improvement ,~,ct, Chapter 54, R.S.O. , 1927 and
amendments requires that the total expenditure on township roads and
bridges be provided for anr~Ltally by township by-law.
T~R~:REFORE the council of the corporation of the said township enacts
as follows

levy, debentures and government subsidy for total expenditure upon con-
struction a.nd mairitenc~nce oi' the roads in the said township during the

Department of Highways of Ontario.
(3) The clerk shall trun>rnit a copy of this by-law to the Department of
Highways, for ap~,roval on or before February 28th of the present year.
