TI~'"RLFORE the council of the corporation of the said tovnship enacts as fol-
lows: ~/
(1) The stun of /1~...D-o.... is hereb~T appropriated from monies raised by levy, '
debeiztures and govorrunent subsid~* fors total e::penditure upon construction and main-
tenance of the roads in the said township during the uTear 19 as follows:.

(2) The said monies shall be expended vnder the direction of ti;e duly appointed
township road superintendent and oxi tirorlc performed in accordance vrith the latest
regulations respectinu township roads issued b~j the Department of Highvva~rs of
Ontario.
(3) The clerk shall transmit a cop; of this by-law to the Municipal Roads Branch,
Department of Highcra~js, for approval on or before Februar,J 28th of the present year.
