by you in preparing an appropriation By-law covering road
eapeaditur~s during 1940.
THIS BY-LAW SHOULD INCLUDE ALL EXPENDITURES UPON
WHICH YOUR TOWNSHIP WILL CLAIM SUBSIDY FOR 1940 UNDER THE
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMr'~tT ACT.
This year we are asking that two copies of the
By-law, when completed, be sent to your District En inset.
Since he will be asked to list all proposed exp 3~uree
in his district and to make recommendations for the
Ministers approval, any explanations you have to make should
accompany the By-law.
