That the attached list of members of Boards and Committees of the Town of Newcastle be forwarded to Frank Cowan Company for the purpose of insuring Board Members. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: At the Council meeting of November 2 1981, Resolution #C-1285-81 deleted Item 2(h) of Report TR-83-81 which recommended that the members of local Boards not be insured under the Town's policy. In accordance with the decision of Council, which was that the • members of local Boards be insured, the representation on the various Boards was determined. Attached is an updated list of Boards and Committees which includes Community Hall Boards, Library Board Museum Boards, L.A.C.A.C. Game Commission, Committee of Adjustment, Abandoned Cemetery Boards, Arena Management Boards and the Bowmanville Hospital appointments. Subject to any further changes or revisions, the list should now be forwarded to Frank Cowan Company for the purpose of insuring the members listed thereon.
