BY-LAW NO. 2010-078
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a
Memorandum of Understanding between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and
Canadian Red Cross
WHEREAS at its meeting of June 21, 2010 the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington adopted the recommendation contained in Report
ESD-009-10;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington the Memorandum of
Understanding between the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington and the Canadian Red Cross.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time this 28th day of June, 2010.
