V~HEREAS The Highryay Improvement Act, Chapter 56, R,.S,O., 1.937 and amendments
requires that the total expenditure ors township roads and hridges be pro~rided for
annually by tovmship by-law.
THEREFORE the council of the corporation of th.e said township enacts as
follows:
(1) The sum of ~'~~~ -- is hereby appropriated from monies raised by levy
-and government subsidy for total. expenditure upon main-
tenance of the roads in the said township during th.e year ] 9 Pi $ a^ fo17 oivs:

(2) The said monies shall be expended under the direction of the duly appointed
township road superintendent and on v~~orkperformed in arcord.ance with t.'oe latest
regulations respecting township roads issued by the Depart:r;~ent o' H:igh.Tr~ays of
Ontario.
(3) The clerk shall transmit a copy of this by-law to the TJiuni.ci.pal Roads Branch.,
Department of Highways, for approval on or before February 28th of the present year.
