BY-LAW NO. 2010-068
Being a By-law to appoint Andrew Allison as Solicitor
for the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS at its meeting of March 1, 2010 the Council of the Municipality of
approved the recommendations contained in Report CAO-002-10 including the
implementation of in-house legal services;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED
THAT Andrew Allison be appointed as Solicitor for the Municipality of
Clarington.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and passed this 315 day of
May 2010.
