BY-LAW NO. 2010-051
being a By-law to repeal By-law 2010-049, being a by-law to amend By-law
84 63, the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Corporation of the former Town
of Newcastle
WHEREAS on April 26, 2010, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington tabled Report PSD-049-10 to the May 17, 2010, meeting of the General
Purpose and Administration Committee; and
WHEREAS on April 26, 2010, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington adopted By-law 2010-049 to amend By-law 84-63, as amended, of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington for ZBA 2003-0016 in error;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law 2010-049 is hereby repealed.
