Dear Mr. Mellor:- I am in receipt of By-Law No. 1112 oP the Corporation of the Township of Clarke, setting apart the Township School Area of West Clarke including School Sections Numbers 8 and 9. In ac- cordance with subsection (8) oP Section 16 of The Public Schools Act, the Minister of Education gives his approval t® this by-law. IInder subsection (1) of Section 16a of The Public Schools Act, as amended by Section 11 of The School Law Amendment Act, 1944, the Minister appoints Mr. W.H. Carlton, Public School Inspector, Cobourg, as Official Referee to value, adjust and de- termine in ea equitable manner all rights and claims oY the different school sections entering the Township School Area.
