5. That the Auditor appointed by the Durham County Federation of
,agriculture shall be permitted to audit the Township Treasurers
account as far as such account pertains to the Federation of
.Agriculture membership fee.
6. Tha7~the rat ee levied under this bar-law shall not b e pledged
or so considered an asset o~ the ~anicipality and shall not
be included in ari+y account or statement setting out arrears
of tease.
