A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE. FOR THE TOTAL ls„_.EXPENDITURE ON ROADS IN THE TOWNSHIP
OF IN THE GO 4F Ott
WHEREAS The Highway Improvement Act, Chapter 5s, R,'S.O., 1937, and amendments,
requires that the total expenditure on township roads and bridges be prpvided for
annual~.y by township by-law.
THEREFC?RE the council of the corporation of the said township enacts as
follows:
(1) The sum of $ 48~~ is 'hereby appropriated from monies raised by
levy, debentures and government subsidy far total expenditure upon„construction and
maintenance of the roads in the said township during the year 19 as follows

(2) The.. said monies shall be expended under the direction of the duly appointed
township road superintendent and on work performed in accordance w~ah The Highway
Improvement Act.
(3) The clerk shall transmit duplicate copies of this by-law to the Municipal ~~
Roads Branch, Department of Highways~or approval on or before February nth of the
present year.
