OF IN THE COUNTY OF
WHEREAS The Highway Improvement Act, Chapter 56, R. 5.0. , 1937 and areendments
'requires that the .total expenditure on tawnship roads and bridges be provided for
annually 'by township by-3aw.
.THEREFORE±the council of the corporation of the said township enacts as
follows:
f 1) The 'sum of $~~,_i's hereby appropriated from monies raised by
levy, debentures ar~d go ernment subsidy for total expenditure upon construction and
mainten~an'ce of the roads •and bridges under its' jurisdiction during, the year 19 as

of the Municipal Roads Branch, Department of Highways, for approval on or before February.
