A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE TOTAL 19.~EXPENDITURE ON ROADS IN THE TOWNSHIP
OF .~ ~~-~-~ IN THE COUNTY OF ~--- ~ - -
DISTRICT
WHEREAS The Highway Improvement Act, Chapter 56, R.S.O., 1937 a,nd amendments
renuires that the total expenditure on township roads a.nd bridges be provided for
annually by township by-law.
THEREFORE the council of the corporation of the se,id township enacts as
follo~~r
(1) The sum of $ '~~~-p._. o °- °~.is .hereby sppropriAted. from monies ra.ise~ by
levy, debentures and government subsidy for total expenditure upon construction and
maintenance of the roads and bridges under its jurisdiction during the year 19~~ as
follows:

(3) The clerk shall transmit duplicate copiee of this by-la.w to the district office
of the Municipal Ro?ds Branch, Dep?rtment of Highs-ays, on or before Februr-ry 28th of the
present year.
