II 't'hat the Township Hall or Council Chamber shall not be let to
any person or company whose entertainment is deemed of a
questionable character.
I2 All applications for the Town Hall or Council Chamber must be made
to the ~1~ownship Clerk within a reasonable time before the same shall
be required and the party making application shall become responsible
for the rent in either case.
I3 That there shall not be any change made in the aforementioned tariff
charges unless by a by-law or resolution of Council.
I4 That if .it is deemed necessary the rent shall be, paid in advance.
I5 Rents may be paid to the Clerk or the Caretaker; in either case
receipts shall be acknowleged.
I6 The procedure for the collection of rents shall be by invoice.
Given first and second reading and final ~ passed, signed, and
sealed, and numbered i~ on _~.~__ ~' I949..
All By-laws or Resolutions of this Council contrary to the
provisions of this By-law are hereby repealed.
