A By-law to appoint a Clerk and Treasurer and Tax Collector of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Clarke.
TJow Therefore The T~~unicipal Council of the Township of Clare
hereby enacts that Herman Edward T~illson of the Village of
Urono in the said Townshi~a of Clarke be and he is hereby appointed
Clerk and 'reasurer and Tax Collector of the Taiunicipal Council
of the Corporation of the 'township of Clarke; that he shall
have e.n office in the said Village of Urono for the carr=ying on
of his duties as Clerk and Treasurer and 1'ax Collector; and
that he shall be paid. the sum of `1.'wenty-Una Hundred Dollars per
annum, payable monthly, the said Tv~iunicipal Council to provide for•
him a suitable office fur the carrying on of his duties as
Clerk and Treasurer aiZd J.'ax Collector and to pay all premiums on
whatever bond they require him as Treasurer and `l'ax Collector to
supply; and further that x.11 by-laws or parts of by-laws contrary
to or inconsistent with the provisions of this by-law be and they
are hereby repealed.
Phis By-law shall take ef-ect on the day of the final
passing thereof.
