A By-law to appoint an Auditor for the Corporation of the Township of Clarke for the year 1950.
l'he I~:Iunicipal Council of the Corporation of the i'ownship
of Clarke enacts as follows:
That I~~I. ff. Staples bo and hereby is appointed ~uditor:`for
and on be half of the skid 1`ownship for the year 1950.
'hat the salary for Auditor be ~I50.00.
~~hat this amount shall include the auditing of all
Township books.
That the officer so appointed shall comply in every
respect with tie laws relating to the appointing of
auditors and that all by-laws previously made be and hereby are
repealed which allude to the appointing of Auditors.
Finally passed this 3rd day of January I950.
