A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE TOTAL 19~EXPENDITURE ON ROADS~~IN THE TOWNSHIP

WHEREAS The Highway Improvement Act, Chapter 56, R.S.O., 1937 a.n~l amendments
requires that the total expenditure on township roads a,nd bridges be provided for
a.nnua,lly by township by-la.w. "
THEREFORE the council of the corporation of the said township ens.cts a.s

(1) The sum of $ .~~ A[l d. ~ ,is hereby appropriated from monies raised by
levy, debentures a,nd government subsidy for total expenditure upon construction and
maintenance of the roads and. bridges under its jurisdiction during the year 19 as
follows:

(3) The clerk shall transmit duplicate copies of this by-law to the district office
of the Municipal RoA:ds Branch, Depa.rtment~ of High~~ra.ys, on or before Febru,-.ry 28th of the
present year.
