A By-law Restricting Parking in the Village of Orono. The Council of the Corporation of the `township of Clarke enacts as follo~rs:- Definitions For the Purpose of this b9-law:- ~means the sanding of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, o~erwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading. Street or Hi~hwa~ includes a Qommon or public highway, street, av~Ylne, par~ray, driveway, square, place, bridge, viaduct or trestle, designed and intended for, or used by, the general public for the passage of vehicles. Street or Highway includes a common or public highway, street, avenue, parkway, driveway, square, place, bridge, viaduct or trestle, designed and intended for, or used by, the general public for the passage of vehicles. Vehicle means every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, ezcept devices moved by human power.
