The 1:~unicipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Clarke enacts as follows:
That Vii. H. Staples be and hereby is appointed Auditor for
and on behalf of the said l'ownship for the year I952.
That the salary for Auditor be ~I50.00.
That th9.s amount shall include the auditing of all
Township books with exception to school sections who
shall 1~~ay in addition to the above amount for
services received.
What the officer so ax,~~ointed shawl comply in every
respect with the lavras relating to the appointing of
kuditors and that all by-laws previously made be and
hereby are repealed which allude to the appointing of
Auditors.
Finally° passed phis 8th day of January I952.
