HomeMy WebLinkAbout1218A By-law to provide for establishing and laying out a highway north of the Canadian Pacific Railway and the Canadian National Railway crossing Lot 14, Lot 13 and Lot 12 of the Broken Front Concession of the Township of Clarke and crossing said railways in Lot 12 of the Boken Front Concession of the said Township of Clarke and continuing to connect with the present Lake Shore Road in Lot 11 of the Broken Front Concession of the said Township of Clarke and for the stopping up of that portion of the Allowance for road between Lot 14 and Lot 15 of the said Broken Front Concession lying south of a line drawn westerly fron a point 5399 feet measured southerly along the west limit of said Lot 14 from the southerly limit of the Allowance for road between the Broken Front Concession and the First Concession of the said Township of Clarke and of that portion of the Lake Shore Road as heretofore used crossing Lot 14,13, 12 and a part of Lot 11 in the said Broken Front Concession south of the said railways and for selling and conveying the said stopped up portions of the said highways to the owners of the adjacent lands:

Concession of the To~a~:,>hip of Cla.-_~ke be and the same are hereby stopped up
and closed, namely:
(a) That portion of the Allowance for I?oad between Lot 14 and Lot 15
of the Broken Front Concession of the Township of Clarke leading to
Lake ~:ntario and lying south of a line drawn westerly from a point
539 feet measured southerly along the west limit of said Lot lt~ from
the southerly limit of the Allowance for iload between the Droken
Front Concession and the First Concession of the said Township of
Clarke;
(b) That portion of the Lake Shore road crossing; Lot ]1.,, Lot 13 and
Lot 12 of the Lroker~ Front Concession of the said To~mship of Clarke
to the south of the sa:~d railways; and
(c) 'ha.t portion of the Lake ;bore woad in the westerly part of Lot 11
of the said Lroken :rent Concession lying west of the newly established
higYr~vay; .
3, That the various parts of the highw2ys stopped up as aforesaid 'oe cor~ve5•ed
to tY.e oVmers of the adjacent lands in consideration of tJne Dollar and that the
~ieeve and Clerk be authorized. to execute the necessary deeds and affix the
c;~rpF::rati.on seal thereto.
