them shall be raised by a s ecial rate on all the rateable
property liable therefore in the Township of Clarke a sum sufficient
to pay the Township's share of the annual payment of principal and
interest,
2. The Towr_shin's share of the annual rayment of principal and
interest referred to in clause 1 shall be calculated by the same
percentage of the tctal of ,principal and interest needed in that year
to repay the debt of the corporation of the United Co~a.nties of l~orth-
umberland and Durham incurred under its By-Law l~:o. /,~ f ~ as is
used to calculate the 't'ownship's share of the cost of maintenance of
the schools under the jurisdiction of the Durham County District High
School board, under decision of the Board of ~!rbitrators for the Durham
County High School uistrict, made the 22nd day of JulsT, 195, as
1on~; as the said decision .remains in effect, and after tre said
decision ceases to r~e in effect, the Tov~mship's share of such annual
payment shall be detorn~ined in accordance v~ith the provisions of
Tie Secondary Scho^ls and tsoards of Lducation l~ct, 1Q51~..
3. That the Tov~mship's share of the annual payment of principal and
interest shall be paid to the TreGsurer of the Cor;,;oratior. of the
United Bounties of I`~orthur.:berlund and Durham, ar.nua.lly on or before
the ~S' da,T of ~! ~'cEn~B,~,e ~ during tho currency of the
debentures.
