2. "i`he 1'owr~ship's share of the anr:ual payment of principal and
interest referred to in Clause 1 shall be calculated by the same
percentage of the total of principal and interest needed in that
year to repay the debt of the Corporation of the United Counties
of rorthurr~berland and Lurham incurred under its By-Law Ivo. 1754
as is used to calculate the Tomship's share of the cost of
mai~iterlance of the schools under the jurisdiction of the Durham
County Listrict high School Doa~d, under decision of the Board
of arbitrators for the Lurham County high School District, made
the 22nd day of July, 1953, as long as the said decision remains
in effect, and after the said decision ceases to be in effect,
the `t'ownship's share of such annual payment shall be determined in
accordance with the provisions of the Secondary Schools and Boards
of Education Act, 1954.
3. `j'hat the Township's share of the annual payment of principal
and interest shall be paid to the ~l'reasurer of the Corporation of
the United Counties of 1~or•thumberland and Lurham annually on or
before the 15th day of June during the currency of the
debentures.
