HomeMy WebLinkAbout1257A by-law to appoint the time and place of meeting for the nomination of Candidates for Three Police Trustees for the Police Village of Orono, Township of Clarke for the ensuing year, also the Polling Place, Deputy Returning Officer and Poll Clerk for the next ensuing election.
The Municipal Couneil of the Corporation of the Township
oP Clarke enacts as follows:
That the Annual Meeting of the Municipal Electors of the
Village of Orono for the nomination of Candidates for
Three Police Trustees for the ensuing year shall be held
in the G~mmno Municipal Building on the twenty-fifth day
of November 1955, at the hour of seven o~cloak in the
afternoon.
That the polling, if required, for the Municipal Election
shall take place on the Fifth day of December 1955 and
the Deputy Returning Officer, Poll Clerk and Polling
Place shall be and are hereby appointed as follows:
Orono Municipal Building
Deputy Returning Officer - Anson Gilroy
Poil Clerk - Mrs. Ephriam l~hite
And at the said Nomination Meeting and Election (if required)
H. E. Millson shall be Chairman and Returning Officer
respectively.
Given first, second, and third reading and finally assed,
