~dHCRTA~ ~~ection 3 of the Trench Excavators Protection Act
1954, C.99 as amended by 1955 C.~g, provides that the Council of every
local municipalitsr shall, by by-lat-~r, appoint one or more Inspectors
to enforce this Act in the municipality:-
THEI?FFORE the Council of the. Corporation of the To-:.mship
of Clarke hereby enacts as follotias:
(1) That H. ~~. T~~TILLSON be and he is hereby apt~ointed
Inspector and the said I~. ~~. T~I`L:~~SON is hereby instructed to
enforce the provisions of the said Act and Regulations there-
under in this T•~TUnicipality of the `T'ownship of Clarke.
(2 ) THIS by-latrT shall come into force and take effect
immediately upon the final passim thereof.
