HomeMy WebLinkAbout1287A by-law to withdraw certain lands from the Township School Area of Clarke and establish such lands as three separate school sections. filll~SHIP SCHOOL AR$A OF CLABI~ end satablishing such lands so withdrawn as three separate sohool sections. 11H~RB~AS it is ezpsdisnt that certain lands be withdrawn from the 'l~Nl'~SHIP SCHOOL AREA OF CLARKS: AIQD 1~RBAS these lands ao withdrawn comply in each case with the requirements of snbseotion 3 of section 65 of The Public Schools Act. the Council of the Township of Clarke pursuant to the authority conferred by seetioa 15 of Ths Public Schools Act R.S.O. 1950, ehapter 316, enacts as follows: 1. The following lands are hereby detached ir®m the TO~fSHIP SCHOOL AR&A OF CLARE and •atablished as Sch®ol Section I~©. 1 of the Township of Clarks as follows: Lots One to Eleven both inclusive in the Broken Front Concession "A", Lots One to Eleven both inclusive in the Broken Front Concession "B" and the South He3.ves of Lots One to siz both inclusive in the First Concession of the said Township of Clarke; eEnd tho Board of School Trustees of this new sohool section is deatgnatsd ss "The Public sohool Board of Section No. 1 of the Township of Clarke in the County of Durham"; end also 2. The following lends ere horsby detachs8 from the TOWNSHIP SCHOOL AREA OF CLARE and established as School Section No. $ of the Township of Clerks as follows: The North Helves of Lots T~-snty- four to Tw~ety-siz both inclusive in the Third Concssa~ion, the Scnth Halves of Lots Tssnty-three to Twenty-siz both inclusive in the Fourth Concession, the Forth Helves of Lots Twenty to Twenty sight both inclusive in the Fourth Concession, the South Halves of Lots Nineteen to ?wenty-siz both inclusive in the Filth Concession end the North Halves of Lots ?wenty-two to Twenty~•siz both incln~.vs in the Fifth Concession of the said Township of Clerks; end the Board of School Trustees of this new sohool section is designated as "The Public School Board of Section No. 8 of the Township of Clarke in the County of Durhetm" ; and also 3. The following lands are hereby detecthed from the TOIINSHIP SCHOOL ARSA OF CLARKS end established as sohool Section loo. 9 of the Township of Clerks as follows: The South Half of Lot Thirty- one in the Second Concession, the North Halves of Lots 1*wenty-five to Thirtyfive both laclnsive in the Second Concession, the South Halves o= Lots Tr-snty~fiva to Thirty five both inclusive in the Third Concession, the Borth Halvea of Lots T~rsnty~ssven to Thirty- fiva both inclusive in the Third Concession, the South Halves of Lots lhrenty..sevea to Thirty~•fonr both inclusive in the Fourth Conoession and the forth Halves of Lots ~hi.rty-oas to Thirtg~fonr both inclusive in the Fourth Concession of the said Township of Clarke; and the Board of School Trustees of this new school section is designated as "TThe Public School Board of Section No. 9 of the Town+~ip of Clarke in the County of Durham"; 4. On and attar the 25th day o! December 1937 the leads detached from the said Township School Area shall coase to bs part of the said Towns Mp School Area and shall bs established as three separate school sections; 5. This By-Law shall take effect from the 2gth day or December 1957; 6. Bylaws Numbers 1282, 1283 anal 1284 of the Township of Clarke ere hereby repealed.
