J to Thirty-five both inclusive in the Second Concession, the South
Halves of Lots Twenty-five to Thirty-five both inclusive in the.
Third Concession, the North Halves of Lots Twenty-seven to Thirty-
five both inclusive in the Third Concession, the South Halves of
Lots Twenty-seven to Thirty-four both inclusive in the Fourth
Concession and the North Halves of Lots Thirty-one to Thirty-four
both inclusive in the Fourth Concession of the seid Township of
Clarke; and the Board of School Trustees of this new school section
is designated as "The Public School Board of Section No. g of the
Township of Clarke in the County of Durham";
4. The following lands are hereby detached from the TOVPNSBIP
SCHOOL AREA OF CLARRE and established as School Section No. 21 oP
the Township of Clarke as follows: The South Halves of Lots
Seventeen and Eighteen in the Fifth Concession, the North Halves
of Lots Ten to Twenty-one both inclusive, in the Fifth Concession,
the South Quarters of Lots Nine and Ten, the South Halves of Lots
Eleven and Twelve, the South Three-Quarters of Lots Thirteen and
Fourteen, the whole of Lots Fifteen, Sixteen and Seventeen and the
South Halves of Lots Eighteen to Twenty-one both inclusive, in the
Sixth Concession of the said Township of Clarke; and the Board of
School Trustees of this new school section is designated as "The
Public School Board of Section No. 2I of the Township of Clarke in
the County o f Durham" ;
5. On and after the 25th day of December 1958 the lands detached
from the said Township School Area shall cease to be part of the
said Township School Area and shall be established as four separate
sohool sections;
6. This By-law shall take effect from the 25th day of December
1958.
7. BY-Laws Numbers 1282, 1283, 1284 and 1287 of the Towns hip of
Clarke are hereby repealed.
