N01P THEREFORE The Municipal Council of .the Township of Clarke
hereby enacts that Herman Edward Millson of the Village of
Orono in the safd Township of Clarke be and he is hereby appointed
Clerk and Treasurer an8 Tax' Collect for of the M~inicipal Counci l
of the Corporation of the Zbimship of Clarke; that he shall
have an .office in the said Village of Orono for the carrying on
of his duties as Clerk and Treasurer and Tax Collector; and that
h e shall b e paid the sum o f ~ fo u.~e Ts/e...~ A,/a ~ Two ~y/~,,,,,a R e D 9 wb Fi F ry ~o~.~sts .
per ®nnum, payable monthly, the said Municipal Council to provide for
him a suitable office for the carrying_ on of his duti®s as Clerk and
Treasurer and Tax Collet for and to pay ail pr®miums on whatever
bond they require him as Treasurer end Tea Cbll®otor to supply;
and further that all bylaws or parts of by-laws contrary to or
Lnconsistant with the provisions of this by-law be end they
are hereby repealed.
This by-law shall take effect on January 1, 1959 •
