~NHEAEAS .Authority i s granted in The Municipal Act, c . 243 ,
R.S.O. 1950 to Councils of all Municipalities to pass a by-law
for giving bounties for the destruction of foxes;
T~REFORE, the P.~unicipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Clarke provides as follows;
1. !~ bounty of 4.00 shall be given to each person who
destroys a fox within the limits of the Township
of Clarke and who provides satisfa.etory proof
that he destroyed the fox wi thin the limits of the
Township of Clarke.
2. Satisfactory proof shall be such proof as is decided
upon and prescribed by the i,Gunici pal Counei 1 of the
Township of Clarke.
3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect upon
the final passing thereof.
