9PHEREAS the Orono Lodge No. 436 of the Independent Order
oP Odd Fellows and the Heather Rebekah Lodge No. 334 have
requested the Municipal Corporation of the '"owns hip of Clarke
to establish the Orono Odd Fellows Hall as a Community Hall in
accordance with the provisions of the Community Centres Aat and
have conveyed the said property to the said Municipal Corporation
upon trust for Community Hall purposes:
BE IT THEREFORE T2IlACTED by the D~uniaipal Cpuncil of the
Corporation of the Township of Clarke as follows:-
1. THAT the deed of the Orono Odd Fellows Hall from the Orono
Odd Fellows Hall Trustees to the Corporation of the Township of
Clarke be and the same is hereby accepted by the said I~uniaipal
Corporation;
2. THAT the Orono Odd Fellows Hall be and it is hereby estab-
lished as a Community Hall in accordance with the provisions of
the Community Centres Aat being R.S.O. 1}50, Chapter 5$ and
amendments thereto.
3. That Appendix "A", being Indenture together with recitals,
shall be attached to this By-law and form a part of the said
By-law.
