March 29, 1961.
Whereas the Council of the Township of Clarke has
been requested by Messrs. L. Vaudemark and C. 4Pilcoek to hold
the said vote, as abovementloned, and they have agreed to pay
the Council all costs in connection with the said vote.
Therefore the Corporation of the Tow nship of Clarke
Enacts as Follows:
That the Council of the Township of Clarke establish
the following schedule of Pees:
County Judge that amount which may be
- remitted by him for services
Chief Elea ti on Officer - that amount which may be
remitted by him for services
and materials
Returning Officer - $200.00
Election Clerk - 25.00
Deputy Returning Officer - 12.00
Poll Clerk - 10.00
Constable - 10.00
Poll Rent - 10.00
Enumerator - X40.00 Por the first 250 names
and .08¢ per name thereafter
Other Costs - to include all re,~sonable charges
for travelling, printing, advert-
ising eta., which have been auth-
orized b~ the Returning Officer.
Read a first, second and third time and fina~.ly passed this
