7. The said Medical Officer of Health shall cause the proposed septic tank
establishment to be inspected as soon after receiving the said form as is
conveniently possible and shall in due course advise the owner, occupier or person
who intends to do the work er cause it to be done; provided, however, that
nothing in this By-law shall relieve aray person from the necessity of obtaining
the approval in writing of the said iKedical Ufficer of Health before establishing
a septic tank as required by the Public Health Act.
