UNFINISHED BUSINESS
BY-LAWS
96-149 being a by-law to authorize the entering into of
an agreement to amend the Subdivision Agreement
between West Bowmanville Developments Limited,
Martin Road Holdings Ltd., certain mortgagees, and
the Corporation of the former Town of Newcastle
for the development of Plan of Subdivision
18T-88046, as authorized by By-law 91-100;
96-150 being a by-law to authorize a contract between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and
Mardave Construction Ltd., Weston, Ontario, for
the Reconstruction of Highway #2, Green Road,
Extension of Uptown Avenue;
96-151 being a by-law to authorize the Clerk to make
application to the Ontario Municipal Board for a
redivision of wards within the Municipality of
Clarington (To be distributed under separate
cover); and
96-152 being a by-law to authorize entering into of an
Agreement with 765400 Ontario Limited the owners
of Plan of Subdivision 18T-87041, and the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington in
respect of Plan of Subdivision 18T-87041 (Approved
by Council December 11, 1995).
