ROLL CALL
PURPOSE
To confirm actions taken during the Special General Purpose
and Administration Committee Budget Meetings and to pass
the necessary By-laws.
BY-LAWS
87-58 Being a By-law to adopt the estimates of all sums required
during the year for Municipal purposes and to strike the
the rates of taxation for Municipal Purposes for the year
1987.
87-59 Being a By-law to establish fees for tax certificates
87-60 Being a By-law to establish a Reserve Fund for the Retirement
of Debentures for the new Arena and Administrative Centre.
87-61 Being a By-law to authorize the debenturing of $3,000,000
to assist in the construction of a New Arena and Community
Hall located at Lot 15, Concession 1, now in the Town of
Newcastle.
